3 General information
3.1 Intended use
CWH-3010A ventilator is used in various medical institutions applying mechanical or assisted ventilation to patient of respiratory failure or the patient who needs mechanical ventilation therapy, and monitoring and display the ventilation parameters. Suitable for adults and infants.
The ventilator is predetermined by qualified medical professionals such as physicians, nurses or respiratory therapists. The ventilator can only suggest to book with CW patient circuit interface (breathing mask), various combinations of humidifiers and other components used together.
3.2 Adaption disease
l Ventilation therapy
l Respiration failure rescue
3.3 Contraindication
Ventilator does not apply to following patients:
- Patients with severe lung disease
- Lack of independent respiratory drive
- Can not maintain airway secretions or adequately cleaned
- The presence of gastric contents aspiration hazard
- Acute sinusitis or otitis media
- Low blood pressure
- Treatment of pertussis has not been
- Epistaxis (nosebleeds)
3.4 Side effect
Advise patients to immediately report any unusual chest discomfort, shortness of breath, or severe headache. Other potential side effects of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation include: ear discomfort, conjunctivitis, breathing mask / patient interface cause skin abrasions and gastric dilatation (aerophagia).
3.5 Performance Features
- A variety of ventilation modes: Volume mode, Synchronous mode, Pressure mode, Spontaneous breathing mode, Continuous positive airway pressure mode, BiPAP mode, Manual mode
- Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) and invasive ventilation support
- Having pressure, flow two triggering select
- Synchronous atomizer humidification function
- Tidal volume stable control system and automatic tidal volume compensation system
- Using the whole mold manufacturing process, the loop can be pasteurized
- Ventilator using pneumatic power control works with lung compliance compensation
- It has a zoom, contrast, memory and other functions of the waveform
- Smart waveform parameters and monitoring functions can be arbitrarily choose to display the waveform parameters according to the operator
- Multiple communication interfaces (RS232, network port)
3.6 Ventilator structures
Ventilator consists of ventilation parameters setting, monitoring, control and display system, the respiratory system (including emergency air intake, the patient connection and outlet), security and alarm systems, air oxygen mixing device, air compressor (optional), hanger and chassis.
